and poor genetics,anyone with a large breed working dog should be responsible enough to train them not to be overly aggressive,or atleast be able to direct their prey drive in the right manner by the way those stats are to be taken with a grain of salt, a small dog is far more likely to bite you out of fear than a large breed,just most of those aren't reported becuase a small dog can't usually cuase enough damage to warrant a trip to the doctorthe problem is too many dumbasses getting breeds of dogs as a status symbol instead of loved pet.
